things that don't make sense are always a little deceiving
"I am not good at distinguishing what is inappropriate." She admitted almost guiltily - her statement true in more cases than just this one. All of her life Isopia had struggled with understanding the intentions of others. Their veiled words, their misguided attempts at manipulation, their stupidity. Outrage lingered on their lips, they wore their emotions like obscure badges, and shouted out heretical philosophies. She was different from them in all important respects, and even more mundane ones as well, such as her appearance. Isopia shrugged as if to try and allow her admission to fall off of her shoulders. Awkwardly, she let her nose dip down towards where Hubris had decided to nap after his brief flight. His bronzey body was covered in blood and death-discharge from the meal Verzes had left for him, which apparently also provided a nice bed. The smell was distasteful, but Isopia's nose didn't wrinkle. Instead she softly touched the hard scales on the creatures back with her nose, exhaling onto him.

As he mentioned being in heat, again, Isopia's massive shoulders shrugged as her quad-horned skull rose. Had she really noticed a difference between when she was in season, and not? Didn't her blood always run hot around Volterra, regardless of the temperature and time of her organic and biological clock?

Hubris yawned and spread his wings. His sharp claws tugged at the feathers that decorated Isopia's hooves, pulling the girl's attention down to him once more. Her head tilted slightly, and she sighed onto the small creature. What do you need? She asked him silently, her gaze searching the dragonling's bright stare.

This is going to be hard. She thought to herself, as she shot the dragon a mental image of him crawling onto her boney withers. The male snapped the air in response, and claw his way up her side. However the girl gave no indication that his jagged ascent caused her any pain.

"We should go -" Iso offered in Vol's general direction, even though her gaze was turned towards trying to eyeball Hubris' position on her back. Her wings spread from her sides to see what flight would be like with this creature on her back.

[Staying in case Vol had anything else to say? Otherwise, you can write him as watching her fly awayyyyyy]
