We're volcanoes in the night
Glowing in the dark like meteorites

She had only just arrived, mere days passing as she found her way into the Edge and began the work of settling in and familiarizing herself with all that surrounded her. But that required moving around, searching things out, so her thin frame wafted between the swirls of mist that clung to the land brought in by the waters laying just beyond the drop of the cliffs. The trees did a decent job of blocking out most light to keep the atmosphere dark and rather dreary most days, but she found that to be pleasurable and quite enjoyed the melancholy feel.

The weather merely added to the eerie feel of the land, both cool breezes yet not enough to keep the warmth from seeping in to her bones. Her monochromatic body stood solitary against the chill and humidity whatever season they were in brought, Dagger off on some mission she hadn't gone into details about. She found the loneliness a comfort some days, when she kept the shadows as company and oft searched for the sight of the moon; knowing it was watching high above reinforced the notion that at least one was always near.

She had little to do but explore and wait for the day when she could act, when she could finally get all that she desired. She had seen little of any other life wandering as she, simply the two who welcomed upon arrival and the lead male as she passed through the glittering borders. Idly she wondered what could have destroyed such a solid piece of wall, for though it was glass she doubted it would have been easily broken. It was a haunting sight, really, the beauty laying in shatters with gaping holes in what little remained upright.

There was a high probability of Erthë not meaning her when she wished for anyone to cross her, for someone to see and interact with. Their initial meeting in the wooded forest had not gone so quaintly; the chances of sparks causing a fire to bloom around them seemed likely. The child was just that: a child with no mind for thought before action and the melted-coated girl had no patience for such things. Yet her body set in motion and she caught the glimpse of a misplaced white figure beneath bending boughs as the wind sped up and threatened to drive away the heat. She knew there would be no other option than to seek coverage somewhere near, and the only available place was close enough to the pure hybrid to certainly cause some trouble. So that was where she moved, keeping a distance and sparing merely a single glance in her direction.
