ISOPIA

Isopia had had enough of creation. She wanted nothing more than to dispel with the magic to make, but knew that she could only partially achieve that end. The magic that stirred inside of her veins would be there to stay, given (cursed) to her by her Father. However the less permanent powers that came with her rank ... that was another matter entirely.

On a political level, she could easily justify her actions by pointing out the fact that she had never once used her crafting magic to assist her herd with any of their projects. Building prisons and cages and gardens seemed to perfectly base to her, as to make her mentally nauseous. Selfishly, she had used her magic to create her own little home, and to help Ampere and the WHATCH create a pillar. Beyond that, she had let the magic sit idle. On the contrary, Isopia had participated in every spar Ktulu had given her, and though she did so with the appearance of one who hated being told what to do (which she did), she rather did like the artificial pairings. Despite how many times she lost, Isopia could feel herself growing.

Politically, she was a better asset to her herd as a warrior, than a crafter.

But that wasn't the reason at all. The real reason lay buried in her secret clearing, beneath layers of dirt that she had placed there herself, without the use of magic. The real reason was the bastard child of herself and Volterra, the boy whose life was prematurely ended by Ashamin.  The real reason was that Isopia was sick at the thought of creating anything, because even at the thought, her stomach gave an involuntary thud, as if searching for the fetus that had been so roughly expelled from her body.

The real reason, was that creation had lost all beauty to the demi-goddess, and now, only the barbaric calls of the warriors could penetrate the fog through which her live now seemed to move.

So Isopia and Hubris moved towards where Ktulu and Ciceron normally called the warriors to give them their seasonal tasks. She wasn't about to go screaming for them, but nor was she entirely sure where to find them. So the demi-goddess decided to start here.

Isopia would like to have her crafting rank magic changed to a warrior RM :)
