The way Cirrus constantly wandered from her mother's side did, in all honesty, quite worry the roan pegasus. She had faith that her already rather independent young daughter could handle herself every now and then when she felt the impulse to have a bit of freedom, but she still couldn't help but have concern for her well being, as it is natural for all mothers. In a way it reminded her of herself when she was but a filly - the way she constantly desired to find her own way without the supervision of her nurturers. She smirked at the thought, almost wishing she had displayed a less rebellious attitude at times.

Luscious emerald grass swayed in a gradual manner at her hooves as she moved leisurely across the ever prospering landscape of the Dragon's Throat's oasis. She was halted in her movements, ears percolated atop her gracile tiara as the oh so familiar sonance of her mate's trumpeting call reverberated through the air. A smile assembled on delicate features as she initiated the search for where he resided, and was optimistic that their mischievous young belle was unharmed and in his supervision. Unfurling her massive silvern wings, the roan dame leapt into the humid air, sailing through the sky a great deal closer to the ground than usual.

With profound ease she descended upon earth abounding with foliage, taking great care as she neatly folded her wings to rest atop her back. Looking out across the oasis that unfurled before her, her azure gaze processed the ebony form of the one she so proudly called her mate and their spindly cobalt filly cavorting in the shallow depths of the pool of water that existed in the center of their home. A fond nicker was orchestrated as she alighted, conducted in their direction. With an ardent smile pursed upon her lips she zestily approached them, lean limbs conveying her shapely bodice ever closer at a trotting pace, intending to accompany the pair in their watery frolic.

Her vibrant optics where shut away as she stroked the nape of her lover with her slender face in a brief, but sincere greeting. "I see you've found her." She swanned, sapphire gaze fixed upon the form of the lanky young filly, a look exemplifying vague chastisement shaped upon her soft features. Gentle laughter from within the depths of her bosom clung to her words as the quiesce chorus of her legato voice poured out into the humid air. She then looked toward Azzuen, a thin, yet candidly earnest smile tilting the corners of her lips at an almost subtle angle. "How have you been, love?" Her tone was solemn now, concerned. Surely he must've known what her words had truly entailed.

Despite the strength he possessed to disguise his grief when in the presence of his family, most likely to avoid causing them worry, she had been considerate of him. She had noticed he was acting different since Voltaic's passing, which, of course was understandable. It would take time to heal such wounds, but she would gladly help him do so.

[ ooc ; I revamped my post, since the first one was horrid. ]
