"Sprout forth my little bird," - reference to species, bird meaning pegasus
+1 - Yep!

"With the spark flying from your eyes," - appearance reference, appearance is blue seal dun with "orange lightning bolt under left eye"

"I swear I'm no bogeyman, I won't carry you away," - history reference, as on profile "when I was laid a monster swooped in and took my egg away from my mother" - a little pun on how Lotherarius is not the one who took him away from his parents

"After all, you're daddy's little king," - gender reference, king being a masculine noun
-1 - I think this clue suggests that it has a deeper meaning than just gender and also suggests it is a character who has a close relationship with their sire. If Hertz was carried away as an egg how could he be daddy's king?

"With the head to be turned, how often do you turn it?" - personality reference, he is a "Ladies Man" (as seen on profile), this line being a play on the phrase "head-turner", thus his liking for females makes his head "turn" a bit too often
+1 - I thought of a handsome character as a head turner as well. :)
