Isopia
For @Tyrath Isopia landed on one of the various islands with a laziness that was quite unlike her. Though she was feeling particularly good today and so perhaps that had something to do with it. Birdsong after all had come cheerily busting in, dispersing the cold that had worked its way into her bones and had settled into her mind. Things were ... looking up, as they said. Her rank change had been profitable, and for once she had found herself in a clear victory over an opponent. The gift won from the Old Father had been poured onto the rock-doll, and each day that the godly blood dried and hardened on the sigul made her soul and mind feel a little bit lighter. Her heart, still broken and likely irreparable, kept quiet most of the time. Only certain things - the ruby cast of the Blood Falls for instance - nagged her down into the blackened depths where memories of Volterra resided, but for the most part she was unplagued. She had not moved on, but she had certainly moved. Isopia's large wings caressed her flanks as they folded neatly. Her red cape (oddly, the red of which did not make her think of the ruby-eyed stallion), billowed out elegantly behind her. Hubris sat near her hooves, picking blades of grass and trying to whistle with them. "That won't work-" She began, quad-horned skull looking down at the dragon. "I doubt your lips can make the requisite shape." Hubris only blinked up at her with his large rapt blue eyes, and then resumed trying. |
