- I was thinking for restrictions, he could only change a certain volume of liquid? Also would need direct access, so couldn't change someone's blood or anything unless it was already outside of them.
- Intended for him to be able to make things with this magic so idk if it would need crafting restrictions or? Crafting confuses me.
