0 | This was a point of contention, but if you go to thesaurus.com (which is the standard, English resource, ancient and primitive are not listed as synonyms. Ancient implies old or historically old. For example, the ancient romans were not primitive at all - they had water ways, plumbing, concrete, etc.

-1 | This was really, really iffy for me. Ultimately it's a -1 instead of a 0 (0 for second appearance reference) because sensitive face reminds me alot of sensitive skin or skin issues. If you had put something like "heightened senses" or "better sense of width" (since cats use them to determine width) then it would just be a 0.
