Listen to them,
Lids fluttered from sleep as the warmth began to seep away from her as Kianzo began to squirm. A slight frown found her features, slowly embracing the dream they had carried – quite surprisingly – of a long hunt among plains, capturing lions and all those that should be the ones that could overpower them. When the twins worked together, they were unstoppable, at least in dreams. They had yet to really experience it in the Helovian world, but her dreams fueled her drive and she was sure it drove her brother as well. Her ivory lids finally opened as Kianzo began shift, to get prepared to stand, and a slight annoyance triggered within her, causing the lions that danced across her back to shift into wolves on the prowl. She knew she needed to stand, for Khairi was mentally driving her to do so, and so she looked to her brother momentarily before she stood with him – a strange chance of actually standing at the same time, like the well-oiled machine they were.

Her ink dipped head swiveled to look at the location that Kianzo seemed so very fascinated with as Khairi hopped up from the earth onto her back, digging his talons into her already slightly scarred spotted spine. Through blood rimmed eyes, he watched the King with a falcon’s eye. Her bright blue gaze softened at the sight, as Mother graciously returned the soft kiss along her lips the man had given to her. Even still, her ear flickered to her brother, and she waited expectantly as the words he spoke had mulled over in her ears. Jambo, what did that mean? She tilted her head slightly, silent as Kianzo spoke in his arrogant tone. A smile landed on Kiada’s pink splattered lips as she let a tiny chime of a fillyish laugh escape her maw. “Brother, can you believe it?” She questioned, breathless. Shaking off the last of the sleep in her ink dipped legs. She moved closer to the man, extending her head that was marked as an inverted reflection of her brother and a beautiful combination of the two that stood before them, aiming to gently touch her father’s leg in her small stance. Then, peering up at him through the tiny tuft of white forelock, with the small nub of a black horn beginning to grow, she grinned. "This is wonderful.” She admitted, turning her head back to Kianzo as her smile shifted into a smirk. Khairi continued to peer at the man, slightly clacking his bearded beak as he sized up the man – far larger than the golden man that he remembered from Kiada’s memories, far larger and far more impressive than the one that had been the seed for Ru’in.

Then, she turned to look at Rexanna with a wide white smile for mere seconds before returning to the gaze of the Elephant King. “Ja-mbo, Father!” She greeted, mimicking his words the best she could – hoping deep within her that the man might teach them more of their history from the Great Plains. For the tiny filly was feeling bored of the stories Rexanna told of her homeland, this was new and exciting. And where Kianzo bore the caution and standoffish-ness of the two of them, Kiada expressed the excitement and bewilderment of the two of them. For they might’ve been mirror images in act and words, but they always made up the same single person. “Let’s go outside, I want to see how big you are! Come, brother!” She grinned, before turning her head back to her Brother for his approval, before dancing her way around Rexanna to the mouth of the cave and out into the Tallsun sunlight.

"Talk."
