Dawn settled softly on morning frost and lifeless grasses. It was the kind of morning that brought chilly winds, ones that kissed your skin and promised snow before long. She embraced it, the cooler temperatures and icy exhales of snow spirits tugging at her dark, diaphanous mane. Orangemoon was that awkward transition phase, and oh, she couldn't wait for it to be over. The star cradled maiden was ready for Frostfall, for snow and northern lights blinding her skies.
Oh, but she would make do with this for now. At least Tallsun was over, and they were a step closer to winter. However, with the end of one season came a renewal of her duties. She had much to do and little knowledge on how to do it. Her leaders entrusted a rank to her despite her inexperience. She had none to guide her, none to hold her hand through this journey. She was alone, again. It was strange how her isolations existed in differed states.
She could only pray there were others interested in her path, interested in what the Gods had bestowed to them, and what she had to preach. With this in mind, she stepped from her cave, long, slender, ebony dipped legs treading delicately forward.
The star swathed Haruspex turned to her companion, tipping her tiara to the cerndyr as she passed her by. 'Seek out any who might be interested in scholarly pursuits, and bring them to me,' she stated through the bond. Altair dipped his diadem in return, snorting and bounding into the daybreak in search of prospects, if there were any at all.
And so the Haruspex waited, a tangle of apprehension, excitement, and stars.
wise ones rank meeting, open to all, especially those with an interest in the rank and those who want to know more of what being a wise one means! Including foals who just want to learn things hah. Feel free to say that Altair found your character and led them to the Haruspex cave!!
