At least this one has a sense of humor, he thinks with an amused snort as the mare turns and flashes her toothy grin his way, laughter gurgling out of her throat in a feral and strangely unsettling key. He hasn't missed the string of nonsense she spewed at the asshole immediately prior, he relished her full throttle screaming actually, watching the other stallions forelock blow back in the wake of her volume, but he isn't able to place the dialect until she speaks again. Helpful is not a facet of the old stallions personality so far as he can tell and he assumes that he should know better than anyone thanks to the intimate nature of companion bonds.
