Isopia's face remained neutral in the seconds between the conclusion of her offer, and the acceptance from the parties before her. There was no worry, no tense lines creasing the death-markings that adorned her features. This was a formality for Isopia. While it was true that continued neutrality between their herds was to their mutual interest, Isopia would not have come away feeling as though she had failed, or had something to prove, had the pair before her declined. Such was their right, and given the previous leadership in the Falls, it would not have surprised her much to know that relationships with the other herds were terse. She'd rarely seen Archibald or Brisa do much of anything in the seasons before they were removed from power. If she would have asked the duo before her, she would have been shocked if they had reported seeing anyone from the Falls at their gates in seasons.
As both Lord and Lady of the Basin accepted her proposal, Isopia's skull nodded, solidifying the terms they had settled upon.
"Open trading routes would be preferable." She acknowledged, golden eyes finding Hotaru for a moment. "Though I do not believe our need is great at this time." She finished, now looking to Deimos. "Should you require our services, the Hidden Falls will be open to you. And should you find us at your border, it is in good faith that we come. "
Isopia stood relaxed, not needing to draw herself up to her full height (some found that intimidating). Instead, she nodded to both respectfully, feeling a small inkling of pride that this meeting had gone so well. Perhaps leading wasn't so difficult after all.
