She has only seen their Goddess a handful of times. In truth, she did not know what to make of the Moon, exactly. The Gods were still a foreign thing to her, and thought they’d more than clearly proven themselves to be real here, she had a hard time wrapping her mind around it. In Morham, they had served the Wind or Fire or Earth as elements and elements only. All powerful horses did not embody those elements.

It is late, the evening misty, and Lyanna restless. It’s a beautiful evening, truthfully, and she wiles away the time wandering through the forest. If she cannot sleep, she might as well move. The sound of the Kings call is a quiet thing, and in truth, she isn’t sure she hears it at all. She might just imagine it, but the sight of him and Alysanne near the cliff draws her out. Erthe and Maude, both familiar faces though it had been some time since she’d seen Erthe around.

Lyanna smiles at that. It’s been some time since she’s seen the girl. It’s enough to bring her completely out of the trees to join the same group. Alune is unmistakably absent from this group though, Erthe’s words drifting to Lyanna as she closes the distance between them. It had seemed like they must be calling to their Lady, the King and Queen standing together in the middle of a mistly night on the cliffs. What else could they be doing?

Well…but she doesn’t let that thought get too far. It was perhaps inappropriate. Instead, she whickers a greeting, a quiet sound, almost afraid to disturb the evening if she is too loud. Afraid, in truth, that she could somehow cause the Moon not to come. The Moon, who certainly paid little to no mind to Lyanna. “May I join you?” she asks, coming to stand beside Erthe and offering a nod to the group. Like her whicker, she keeps her voice quiet, reverent, waiting to see what the night would bring.

The nights that do not bring sleep bring either amazing or terrible things.
