At the word that there would be a temple, Maude’s heart immediately began to beat faster, and excited trill at the illusion of it standing on the Cliffside escapes her copper toned lips. Excited to begin work on it, the girl eagerly looks about at the adults around, her smile wide, and her hooves prancing in place. Forgetting entirely that she’d already asked a question, or that her friend is there at all, the babe finds herself completely consumed with imagined moments in the still fictional glass halls she had glimpsed overlooking the sea. How her songs would carry through them! She dreamily envisions, already working on the few pieces she’s written in the Moon’s honor in her mind, for the day the temple doors open. “A temple!” she cheers, at last, happily looking over towards her chilly friend, and nudging her shoulder gently, if she'll allow, “isn’t that just wonderful?
