She was curious at the stallion's comment about the Edge, and maybe would have probed more had circumstances been different. Had the situation supported the idea of her probing more without consequence, she could only wonder at the mysteries that might become unlocked by the General's knowledge, by his cunning perspective of the worlds and the events that had unfolded - but, as a mere philosopher taking a nap on the soft loam of the Labyrinth, she knew no such conversation would evolve today.
So the trio with much more in common than any of them could ever know, bowed out of the social interaction, with politeness and cordiality intact, with affable, amiable smiles attached to lips of blue roan, speckled appaloosa and amber champagne. Amaris felt slightly chagrined at the reminder of her original purpose here, her nap, as if it had been the cause to disrupt this friendly reunion, and upon hearing those words from Erebos, knew that sleep would not find her again easily for several hours at least.
"Farewell, Kiada," she spoke to the retreating form of the speckled, fire-spined mare, hoping that she did indeed see her again, learn more about her, perhaps encourage a relationship a bit less informal than 'herdmates' between them. Whatever would be, would be, however, so she merely nodded and bade the mare a safe trip, praying to the Moon Goddess for it to be so, genuinely wanting it to be so.
"Good day, Erebos," she curved her tiara to her chest, bumping her chin against the scars that glowed dully across it, a curious silently probing gaze yearning to gleam more from him followed his departure, before she too, urged motion from her stiff limbs and slowly but surely made her way home.
