As Reich easily side-stepped the dragon, a move that the demi-goddess hadn't been anticipating (she actually couldn't recall a time when such an attack had missed), the rock creature, without additional input from its creator, defaulted to the whims of physics and soared downwards in an arc. Directly towards Hubris and Babel.

Although Babel was watching the fight with rapt attention, it had never occurred to him that he could be engaged with the battle if he didn't voluntarily do so. So even as the granite facsimile of himself glided nearer and nearer, no panic bubbled in his small golden chest. It did in Hubris' however. The bronze trilled a note of alarm, but it came too late. Isopia had already lost her grip on the magical structure and could do nothing but watch as Hubris was forced to sacrifice himself for his smaller brother. With a shove, Hubris knocked Babel out of the path of the rock dragon just in time. Stone hit the older dragon's bronzey shoulder, sending him head over tail backwards in a clumsy and unplanned summersault. Isopia could feel pain ricocheting out of his small body as he finally came to a stop. Gently Hubris reached to his shoulder trying to identify if the rock had broken a bone or merely sprained it. Blood dripped in crimson tributaries down his bronzey shoulder and side. Heaving a breath, the dragon tried to give a trill to indicate to Isopia that he was okay, but found that the air was firmly knocked out of his system. With a hideous interest, Babel stood over Hubris, merely staring down at him with wide interested black eyes, offering no assistance

I didn't intend- Isopia began, as Reich offered a few mocking words her way. >>I know. It fine.<< Came Hubris' strained response.

Before Isopia could consider her actions further, the stallion was making his way towards her. Despite the fact that her actions had stupidly injured her companion, the demi-goddess felt no additional emotions rise up inside of her. She had been foolish, that was clear, but Isopia was not necessarily the type to allow her actions to permeate into her mental states. And so whereas others might have met Reich's attack with renewed vigour and strength, Isopia did not.

She felt the stallion's powerful shoulder collide with her own, and although she was larger than he was, Isopia could feel herself being pushed to the right as a flare of pain screamed out from her left shoulder. Almost simultaneously she felt teeth against her neck and distantly wondered if he'd break the golden chains that her father had given her so long ago. She didn't particularly care whether or not he did, but the thought blossomed in her mind none the less.

Rather than pulling away from the blunt pinch of his teeth, Isopia tried to halt her right-ward movement and thrust herself back against Reich. She hoped to jar his neck upwards painfully, should he still be biting her neck. Perhaps she'd even bloody his nose. Her shoulder sent a rocket of pain directly towards her mind wanting to resist this, but Isopia continued to force her body to the left. Then, trying to turn her long-legged backside in Reich's direction, she allowed her magically-shoed hindlegs to shoot out behind her, attempting to find the warrior's flank or his own hindquarter.

"No, that's cheeky." Isopia retorted, hoping that when she turned she would find two semi-circle imprints on Reich's butt.
