FREEEEEE magical rocks! shouts and wails a most peculiar bird; it seems, upon first inspection, to be every color one can imagine, and doused in glitter. It has fashioned its head crest into a wild triple Mohawk, tipped with pigmented clay, and his claws which rap-tap across the stone he paces are each carefully coated with a unique and vibrant shade. OH FREEEEE maaaagic, that’s right, maaaaagic ROCKS!

Pecking the stone at his feet with his striped beak (painted, of course) for emphasis, he repeats himself, shaking his wings out at his sides, and causing a cloud of glitter and pigment dust to burst forth and color the otherwise plain gray stone below him. Now that you are closer, it’s obvious that this is not some strange rainbow bird at all, but rather, a most flamboyant macaw. Occasionally, one can spy a gap in his ensemble, where his well kept, mostly red, natural tones are still revealed through his gaudy array of shades and glimmers.

Bound about his ankles and wreathed around his feathered neck and wings are strands of beaded rocks, stones, shells, bones, driftwood, anything that could be made into a bead, really, and they all certainly look magical enough. Are those what he’s talking about? Well…

Are THESE the magical rocks, you might ask? screeches the parrot, gesturing to his adornments with beak, talon, and wingtip, NO, THEY ARE NOT. The magical rocks of which I claim to be GIVING AWAY, that’s right, giving! Away! Are for more fabulous than these paltry adornments!

Surely a group has gathered by now, or he wouldn’t be carrying on so.
