If rolled for more magic, would love something like:
Active: Water x Fire: Can shift into creatures made of steam.
Restrictions: Steam form is not harmful or corporeal, cannot shift into anything larger than himself.
Upgrade: Water x Fire: Can shift into creatures made of steam that burn upon contact.
Restrictions: Cannot shift into anything larger than himself.
