Brandishing his ‘frog on a stick’, Midas carefully titled head, allowing the whole creature to be better centered in the middle before then placing it on a flattened stone. Feeling parched, attention turned toward the stream with the idea of quenching thirst forefront in mind. Frame moved toward shallow bank, lips found the water to be crisp and refreshing. After filling his belly Midas moved into the stream, stirring up sediment with each step. Watching the current earnestly for something alive, the wannabe fisher man thought his eyes caught sight of a silver bodied trout. From here the fish appeared fairly large in size and struggling in the shallows—it most likely had gotten carried from larger waters and drug to this place unwillingly. Turning with head to grasp another broken rod, choosing one longer now; Midas slowly took steps toward the shadowed creature. Weapon held high and pointed down to make attempt at swiftly spearing thr trout when moment presented itself. Stepping carefully and with painfully slow movements, he hoovered over the fish and pointed spear at a center part; knowing that swift, strong motions would lodge aqua creature upon its point. |
