Pluto flicked her head up,her glossy mane tumbling down her neck. She flicked her tail and set of at a brisk trot,bowing her head as a shrill bird let out a call. It was the first she had heard in a while now and it brought a joy in her step. Lifting her hoofs up high over the melting snow she set of into the woods. Branches hung low over her face so that she had to stoop low,but she could do it with ease. Her body was agile and nimble but it didn't mean she had muscle. She was packed with it making her ideal for speed and long distances.
Halting by a river she dipped her head in a small pool of fresh water. Despite it being freezing it was amazingly good. The cool liquid trickled down her throat giving her a refreshed feeling. The tips of her mane dipped into the water so that when she lifted her head up it stuck lightly to the underneath of her neck. She shook her head,her mane flying about in the air. It was a stunning sight,to see a beautiful Pegasus mare in the prime of her youth and beauty. Resting her head from the vigorous shaking she took a few steps back,rearing on her hind legs slightly and twisting her body round,making sure to lift her tail high so it wouldn't dip in the water. She set of at a slow canter back in the trees,arching her head and still holding her tail high.
When she was in the cover of the trees she halted by a old log. She pawed at the ground,reviling fresh grass. After a quick nibble she grew board. She had came here for some fun,not to be alone and going for a canter now and then. No,she was here for something interesting to happen. And she was going to get it. She lifted her head and called out in a menacing yet kind voice. "Hello? Is there actually anyone out there?" She was beginning to fear she was alone and that nothing interesting would happen. damn. I came all the way here for nothing.
