The light from the orb shines brighter, almost blindingly so, and the world around Levi turns instantly to white. The animals that have gathered disappear in a fog and fade away. The song diminishes and becomes a soft hum. You are surrounded by nothing but utter peace.
You have come, Levi, the unseen consciousness murmurs, seemingly centered on the orb. The light ebbs and flows in color and brightness, tickling Levi's dark grullo skin with unfelt wavelengths of light and sound. It seems to be everything and nothing at once- it is unknown. We are impressed; you have proven yourself worthy, says the hidden voice. Or perhaps, perhaps there are voices. More than one joining together like streams to a river, sparks to a wildfire, gusts to a gale, minutes to an hour. The influence of all of the elements seep into the setting of white, and the voice lets out one final whisper of the reward.
Take this magic, Levi, and use it well. Your first thought will become manifest in a power you may wield. You will know what you want, stallion, even if you have never considered it before. The voice speaks in a fading goodbye and its orb begins to slowly spin, dimming the white around him before bursting in a quick flash of color and power. The sensation of the broken orb hums through the air and the stallion's bones. He has been given a gift, and whatever remains of the consciousness is sure he will use it well. The world fades to reality, leaving him standing by the heart. The animals remain, breathless, for only a moment. But they seem to know what is coming; a few even fear it.
With one look upon Levi as the power glows around him, they turn and run. He is alone with his power.
