Also because this is an IC spar the land must exist someplace in Helovia. Maybe the heart based on your description?

"A fine display pegasus," rough vocals slide out from a smirking maw as Maskan steps into view, shedding the shadows from his backside with a certain reluctance. Still in their depths Madyrn remains, orange eyes flashing occasionally as he turns his head to watch the battle unfold. They have come at the request of their darling sister, each of them set to battle one of her warriors to test their skills. They both had to resist the urge to roll their eyes at this, certain that none of her soldiers could better them.

But they could try.

Maskan lets a wide grin split his maw as he weaves around the palomino in a wide circle. He maintains a casual walk at first, as unperturbed by the prospect of battle as he is by the wind blowing. This is where he belongs, where he has always belonged. The thrill of it occurring once more is an infectious giddiness rising in his gut that makes his eyes dance and his muscles twitch with anticipation. The excitement spirals through his legs and he shifts into a trot, his neck rolling like a dark wave breaking on the shore, tossing his head and spattering his mane against the opposite side of his nape.

He is ready, but he can't be sure Kaj is. The display is impressive, but those hooves sunken into the dirt with their stillness suggest otherwise. Does this warrior not know the first thing they learned as colts? Never stop moving. Maskan sighs, wondering just how thrilling this battle will truly be.

"Your move golden boy," he calls out, hoping to entice the duckling to move.
