Words quickly leave the snakes jaws. "Well then, you are victim of a poorly orchestrated jest." The voice drips with sarcasm as there heads turn to the shattering mirror. They were enjoying this feast of fear for that was what they fed on,fear, not small mammals like normal snakes do. As you have guess though, these snakes weren't normal. They could talking and they ate and drank fear to survive and this stallion was feeding them large proportions. It all falls dark now, there was no mirror to glow or shine light and there was only the colors in the sky to even reflect the smallest bit of light upon the frost covered ground.

The red orbs of the snakes are the only way to see where the snakes were and the stallion seemed to have spotted them as they go in for the strike at his back legs. He leaps clear out the way, aggravating the snakes, which were advancing on him but with one swift movement of his legs a hissing scream echos round as the first snake that had appeared had the life smashed out of him by a quick flick of a hoof. The pressure of the hoof had put so much pressure on the skin to stretch out that it had exploded inside, ripping the scaly skin apart from each other like a dagger like cut. Though the gap a strand of gut causally rolled out from inside the snake. The one remaining snake froze in horror at the horrific death of it that it is almost frozen, red eyes fixed on the guts and lifeless body of the snake.

Snapping out of it's trance the snake look's with almost pleading eyes at the blue eyes of the stallion. For once it had felt fear of it's own,and not just the sensation of fear in others. It made the snake want to be sick. The feeling of fear and dread that was slowly sinking into the snakes long, muscular body was not a nice feeling when you had never felt it before. The fear inside it grew and grew, and grew. You remember, right,I said this snake fed on fear? Well this snake was now feeding on it's self. Slowly pain sunk into the beast at it could be seen clearly on it's face but it was a while before why it was feeling pain could be seen.

From the tail on wards the snake starts to fade. Panicking it starts to wiggle and squirm but it is ever fading until only the head is left. It stops fading. The head rests in air for less then a second before it falls with a heavy 'thud' on the ground, and I mean heavy because when the head was falling down,it had turned to stone, just like when the gods had on the mirror. The forked tongue of the snake sticks out, curling down before the tips lift up slightly. The snake had ate it's self though fear and was now still, and dead, only the head of the snake remaining to show what had happened there that night.

"blah blah blah."
