Cloven hooves left the pale ground for better green grass, the little storm that had once hampered his view had now dissipated and all of a sudden the battlefield opened up to him. Light flooded into his vision and for a moment he could see the black form of MURDOCK in triumph, his war stomp appeared to have done the trick of unbalancing him. Tail was held high in his Arabian nature and teeth gritted as his orange chest neared the enemy. It all happened in a manner of seconds. His ground shattering stomp had finally run out of gas and the pegasus regained his composure just in time, the wild charge of the warrior missing it's target much to his frustration and chagrin. At least he had found his opponent now and was out of the strange blizzard. Dainty hooves dug and scrambled against the lush ground, bringing his gallop to a halt.

Something white flashed in the corner of his eye and he turned to see OPHELIA cantering towards him, legs stiffened and then ... Nothing. Locket stood motionless as he tried to remember why he was so tense, preparing for an attack that he couldn't remember. Gaze swung to the left in panic as eyes frantically looked for the ebony pegasus before the blood covered his neck. The teeth of a white mare were crushing, he squealed in both surprise and pain, fumbling with his hooves and stumbled backwards. Forelegs slightly leaving the floor and all he wanted to do was get away from this snow demon who had appeared from nowhere. Alabaster ears slapped back and he was hardly given time to breathe. This time he could see the attack coming, body already in motion, he held his breath as he turned his body out and took the kick on his fleshy left rump instead. Wincing as the hooves made contact, predicting he would be bruised there for a while. However, better bruised than a broken bone.

Room, he needed more room to manoeuvre and he attempted to dance out to the right with his mind reeling at what had just happened. Hopefully in some space his gaze turned to the pale OPHELIA in confusion, how on earth had he missed her coming? Even with her sharp Warmblood build no one could be faster than the eye could see, did she have some strange speed enhancing power. Or was it something more complex. The issue gnawed at him as he took a quick turn and headed back into the fray, hit and run tactics wouldn't work here. Not like the fight he had with Archibald when he ran rings around the stomping draft. He'd also bruised his left rump and even further damaged his right crest, the blood mixing into his pretty curls and matting them together. His back end lost a little power due to the injuries, but he hoped he'd still be agile enough to get a shot off.

Locket targeted his first opponent, OPHELIA, hoping to use his lithe agility to dance lightly off his cracked hooves and that the alabaster fae before him wasn't using some sort of speed magic. She had done something that was for sure. Eyes squinted as the sun flashed into his gaze before teeth were unveiled from behind snowy lips. He hoped she had remained somewhat in the same position as she once was and aimed a lunging bite for her right crest, praying to exact some revenge before plummeting onwards, still wincing from the pain of his injuries and drops of blood left a trail behind him. If he was successful in cantering past, Locket dug in his forelegs and lashed out with his rear. Hoping his second attack would reach her face before they retreated back to the ground.

The warrior's mind was constantly reminding himself to breathe as he attacked, to try to ignore the pain the best he could and think his way through each motion. MURDOCK was next. Locket kept the momentum of his charge up, hoping the speed his lithe body produced would be quick enough to find MURDOCK in the same position. Back legs dug in underneath the panda boy with a grunt of pain as his rump protested, clumps of grass flying everywhere. Forelegs lashed out in a low rear as he aimed his attack for MURDOCK'S shoulder and being careful of the feathered wings. Desperately hoping his attacks had found their mark.

It took all his might to take on two all by himself, he knew ARIADNE had her hands full and the feel of the battle felt almost dire. Was this the kind of helplessness a warrior felt when his Leader was absent and the odds were stacked against him. At least the young Locket could go away from this battle in the knowledge that he had stood and fought valiantly; no matter the outcome.

[w/c: 818] [Magic Uses: 1/2] [Injuries: Further damage to right crest. Bruising to left rump]
[Summary: Locket is left wide open from Ophelia's magic and is subsequently hit by her attack and suffers a gash like injury to his right crest. Locket then stumbles backwards trying to get away from her and lessens the blow of Murdock's kick by turning his fleshy rump in to take it instead of his hip bone, leaving him bruised. Locket then attempts to make a quick dash out to the right before turning back and aiming a lunging bite for Ophelia's left crest, bucking at her face as he passes her before heading off in hope of injuring Murdock's right shoulder by performing a low rear.]
