It of course did not take long for more to arrive. The bonded pair of Aaron and Alanna had been out for a morning run when Alanna picked up the scent first. It was clear as the new day that was only just beginning. Someone else from the Foothills had arrived.... But from the smell of him, he had not gotten medical attention after the massacre. The smell of blood, Alanna had picked up on that before the scent of the Foothills. Quickly Aaron changed direction heading for the source of the smell.
Brown eyes filled with concern took in the beaten frame of Argetlam. The dappled gray had clearly been one of the few who had fought, and lost, against the Grey. Alanna go get Torasin, Smoke, or any nurse you can find. The garnet and ivory pup whined softly in protest but one look from her bonded said different. Quickly the young pup departed to find anyone who could help heal. In the mean time Aaron took in the mare who had arrived before him. She seemed at home and clearly wanted to help. "Argetlam." Aaron spoke at last. The sight of his former apprentice... or well helper of sorts renewed the anger he had for the Grey. What kind of family had Phi made hat would injure another this badly... In his mind Alanna growled at the name. She hated the pain the ivory mare brought to her bonded. "I've sent for help, The Moon Doctor or a Nurse should be here soon." Secretly he did wonder if his mother would arrive as well, seeing as she had Torasin clearly had something going on now... "something to say" |
