 There was never any doubt in their minds as to whether or not they would win. Madyrn had proved, time and again, that experience and determination would conquer any and all of the lucky fools who dared to try to stand against him. The brother of flame breathed heavily, it wasn't like he didn't pay for his efforts - but he won his prize. A prisoner. The prisoner to get. Ignita. So-called 'Leader' of the Assassins. Let's see her 'lead' while she's trapped in a wooded prison. The journey from the Threshold to the World's Edge was uneventful, if one excluded the fact that the brothers worked together to take the unicorn bitch prisoner. Madyrn was injured, his back ached and his shoulder wept warm crimson liquid down his leg, so he did rely upon his brother to help him escort the damned damsel back. The 'prison' in the Edge would be more than suitable for the bitch, it held the weaver of death after all. It had been constructed by Lace, and while it was not maintained, it would take only guarding to keep the mare within the confines of the Edge - restricting her movement to just that makeshift coral. "Did I not say you would fall, puny bitch?" Madyrn's voice, thick and heavy, rasped its way from his maw. He was tired, yes, and injured certainly, but that did not stop his desire to rub salt into the enemy's wound - especially when he had won, when he had beaten this assassin at her own game. The pain gnawed at him, but the grimaces he made curled into cruel grins instead. Maskan, silent and sober, merely watched over the unicorn with quiet judgement behind his orange eyes, tail lashing at his hocks every now and then.
