It’s that though we learn from our mistakes we’re condemned,
To make those same mistakes
again and again.

The Endless Blue was also affected by winter's cold grasp. The water was freezing enough to give pins and needles to anyone that stepped into it, no temptation was felt on Arah's part to enter the freezing water. However the sand was warmed by the sun's embrace. Her hooves had crossed over many frozen lands to get here, now she just stood and watched the ocean, the cold breeze running it's tormenting hands over her white body. The shadow of The Basin was so confused about what her next move should be, she wanted time to think. Time to try and find herself again. Somewhere in the time spent in Helovia she felt like she had lost herself. Hope of finding herself again was just a small light burning inside her chest. Was the raven coloured mare, that entered her dreams, going to be her saviour?

Still she had picked herself up from the black depression, and wondered away from her home. She loved The Basin, yes. However she didn't feel like she could continue turning an eye to the racism for much longer. But it was her home. A sigh tumbled from the ivory mare's lips. Turning she slowly wondered along the shore line, her gaze turned out to the sea, her thoughts felt as deep as the ocean. Salty sea water was picked up in the wind and it blasted itself refreshingly onto Arah's face and body. She turned her head to the shore and watched it unfold in front of her. It only stopped to make way for a figure in the distance. The impersonator stopped and studied the figure, while gulls screeched overhead. Always interested in meeting new people, the light mare moved forward slowly. Her mood was stable, calm and pleasant. If only that had been her mood when she met the worlds edge mare. Guilt plagued her from that meeting. The way she had backed the wraith into a corner, impossible to break free from.

Arah still wondered what was wrong with her. With ease Arah lifted herself from her thoughtfully sad mood, and a smile now blossomed on her lips. She chopped and changed feeling so quickly even she was worried about her mental situation sometimes. She wanted to be cheerful for this meeting. Whenever meeting new people, one should try and make a good impression. The scent of The Basin rolled off the mare's coat furthering the pale mare's good mood. "Hello!" She called out down the beach. Now there was only a little space between them. Arah hurried to close the distance. "It's lovely out here isn't it?" She asked with a chuckle.
And I ain't afraid to die, I’m afraid of going to hell.
