Vikram joined the skies, and the little golden queen flew close to him, so close that her claws raked through his mane playfully - before she made herself rather scarce, as her bonded motioned to make a greeting of her own. Angling her flight alongside his own, the DragonHeart swiftly motioned her maw to brush along his nape, timing it between the beating of wings and the motion of their bodies. Soon after, a snarl appeared on her scaled lips, as the dragon within took over once more, with nostrils flaring and eyes narrowing upon the snowy canopy below. It was deep winter, their chances of finding prey with layers of meat and fat were slim - but it didn't matter. As long as they experienced the chase, the bloodlust, the healing could begin. A deep growl rumbled through her bodice, as she bowed her tiara to him, dipping a wing at him in salute - giving him the go-ahead to lead their flight this day. The equine in her was broken and battered, the dragon in her needed guidance that she was too weak to give alone. With trust and the very depths of her souls revealed to him, the DragonHeart allowed her mate to guide her through the skies and towards an eventual kill. |
