Florabella shuffled around with her hooves attempting to prod at the ocean. Her sight was never the greatest, but the distance seemed to make it stretch for miles. She settled upon staring for hours if she could, but even a young horse had to eat and find shelter eventually. It did not help that she was prone to distractions either. For example, she heard a sound as her ear rotated towards the noise, and slowly twisted her body around to see who the source was.

She hastily backed up before her legs curled and straightened themselves out on the sand. She settled down; the exaggerated surprise only temporary. The brow on her face narrowed, scrutinizing the newcomer in hopes they meant no harm. She was vulnerable after all. Knowledge was lacking in how to defend against the sharp tip of the horn on the equine-shaped speaker. Yet, she managed to relaxed at how calm and benign the voice and body language were. She followed the other mare’s rotation and glanced at the ocean again with a small smile and a quiet nod. "It looks like it stretches out for hours."She murmured. Her eyes focused back on the now-introduced mare, Saga. "I-I‘m Florabella." She dipped her head in an untrained bow.

It was a guilty thought: The type of species maintained some form of vagueness in her “knowledgeable” mind. The question wanted to come out, but she held it back in case it sounded rude. Perhaps it would be shared on Saga’s on accord. Perhaps not.
