And then there were two.

She was faced with two strangers, the first one standing there telling her she was far from her nest, the second one striding up, voice hoarse as she spoke. "You will not leave"[/b] Widening her eyes a little, the fae took a step back. But she the dark mare spoke again, this time threatening her. She addressed her as a silver horn, telling her to look into the dark, murky waters. And so, she did. Peering subtly over the edge, she spotted a horse skull, ensnared in tree roots, forced to stay close to the surface. Her eyes went wider, her mouth gaping open a little. She lowered her ears, her tail dropping in fear. She dark mare continued talking, telling her to go in, sacrifice herself and let the souls drown her, drag her down to their deep, dark den. She shivered, trying to whisper, [i]"stop." But in it's place she just croaked faintly. She looked at the mares, her eyes still wide.

And then the bloody maiden spoke, she too threatened her. She said she'd leave the fae for the monsters, the ghouls, the spirits that lurked in the dense Marsh. Shivering again, the fae looked worriedly at the mare. And then, she said she could talk her way out. Widening her eyes, the fae opened her mouth, gathering the courage to speak to the crazy mares. "What is it you need? I'll do anything, just please, don't let me die.." She whimpered, her emeralds gradually filling with tears. She held them back, her tail shifting slightly. She just wanted to go, leave this horrid place with the crazy horses. She was scared, and she hated to admit it. Her ears were kept forward slightly as she just gazed at the mares, her eyes showing fear and worry.

"Speech."
