His frame is that of a muscular stallion in his prime, resembling a Percheron despite his mixed heritage with a bulky build geared more towards brute strength than speed or elegance. His feet are feathered, his legs stout and firm. His mane and tail are jet black and hang abundantly along his neck and down his rump, and his eyes are pale grey. The beast has an abundance of scars on his back and shoulders from his dragon using him as a perch.

History: Born in Isilme during Adalwulf's reign to parents Terrador and Soleil. Like his father before him, he is fortunate enough to discover an abandoned green dragon egg at just a few months of age, which hatches for him into a female who he names Cynder. The pair have grown up together, which further intensifies their mental bond. As a yearling, he is caught in the war between the Original Foals, and is forced to flee Isilme alongside Terrador, his grandmother Misery and uncle Blitz, who is still a foal at foot; Blitz is later seperated from the others and never found again. The remaining trio and their dragons - Terrador's gold, Eridor, and Misery's blue, Saphri - head to Anarore, where Terrador takes the Oasis throne. He fathers many more children, who Tyradon avoids - instead he flocks to his mother, Soleil, only to find her happy with the unicorn, Paladin. A devout racist like his sire, Tyradon finds himself torn about how to feel about his mother's new love, and leaves Anarore to get his head together.

Unusually for a dragon, her tail is tipped with a small, eternally-burning flame; this prevents her being able to swim, as extinquishing the flame would result in her death. She is a playful creature, fond of hoarding things like rocks and gems and delivering them as gifts to her bonded, but can turn vicious when provoked and is fiercly protective of her bonded.
