have you seen that girl?

His head is cocked, a confused expression crossing over his face. Had he expected her to fall instantly to his arms? Was she just a play thing in his mind, something to be flirted with and use to create the next generation. She felt fear creep across her exposed heart as his twisted smirk expands. She was certainly not looking forward to further words from his lips, afraid he may try routes of seduction and flirtation. Would he try to slip beneath her glass skin, to leave her with another being growing from within? No, that wasn't possible anymore. It made her fairly sad, realizing now that she wouldn't be able to naturally have children, like she would actually want to have anymore children after the first child. A shiver runs down her back, her foggy glass eyelids sliding over her stained orbs.

He introduces himself as Nato, a name she repeats a few times to get it through her mind. Her name is spoken from his tongue, and she stops, her glass body gently quivering as she hears her name spoken from another's maw. He informs her that she stands in the Threshold of a land named Helovia. She replays this name through her head, trying to get used to the name. It was in no way like the land she hailed from, the name of her land lost, forgotten during the body transfer. She's lost in her silly little thoughts, but sure enough she pulls herself out to see the stallion stooping down to take a better look at her pulsing heart. He inhales deeply, as though expecting to get a scent from her body. She wasn't one to hold scents well, although from the rose she has tucked behind her auds, a smell of roses and blood follows her. It doesn't stick to her skin, but it sticks to the air around her. She steps back again, her tail brushing gently against a tree. She felt uneasy, being inspected so closely by a stallion she barely knew.

He wishes to know why she had entered this land, why she was standing here now. "I... it's a long story..." She murmurs, her lobes finding peace pressed against the back of her head. She can't even remember half of the reason she left her land in the first place. She did, but remembering it hurt her too much. He then asked if she was seeking shelter or a permanent place of residence. "I wouldn't call it a permanent place of residence, for does anyone really stay in the same place?" She looked at him, her gentle words echoing. The way she spoke was strange, she moved her mouth but it was not her nonexistent vocal chords that made her words, it was the soul bound to the fluent glass body that spoke. "Do you have a home to offer?" She asks, her voice near silent as she speaks shyly, the fear still looming above her head like a dark grey cloud, just waiting for it to begin to pour down upon her.

the one with the fragile laugh and killer smile?
