She seems disappointed when you finally manage to spit out what you were trying to say- it's not really your fault it took so long though. If Circuta would have just given you her name.... no, that's a lie. You wouldn't have even listened, or remembered it. You're blaming others for your own failings again. It's not a good way to make friends. Just one more mark against you on an already long list.
But if there is one redeeming quality about this meeting it's that she doesn't want to walk with you back to the Deep Forest. Which is fine by you, on account of you don't want to walk with her either. You need the Phantom Seeker to seal this deal, because you're probably the last horse on earth that would ever be able to do it. So now you need to figure out where you are, and how to tell her how to get there. This should be interesting.
“Um,” you start eloquently, picking up your head to look around you, to find the sun and to get your bearings back. It takes a minute, maybe. It seems like an hour. “South,” you manage finally, “But not too far.” You think of how to describe it to her. “It's a forest the same as this one, just thicker.” And then you remember its one defining feature. “There's a pool, the bottom is covered in red gems. Find that. I'll meet you there.” And you grunt, as if to emphasize your point. She should have plenty of time to find it while you search for Circuta.
It doesn't take you long to turn around and disappear into the woods, then. You're about as happy with this meeting as she is. No need to drag it on.
