“Out with it, then,” she said nervously, shifting back and forth as she started to walk backwards, tossing her head, indicating that the pair should follow. Even though she didn’t particularly want the filly’s company, she didn’t want her to get swallowed by the blackness either. “Let’s walk, I don’t like the way those shadows look.” As she moved off, she touched her nose to the amulet that hung around her neck. The plum colored stone seemed to give her some peace as she thought of the God of the Moon, of the Edge, and of all her friends. Yes, her original thoughts had clearly been right, she really needed to get back home. She would simply hear out what the filly had to say and then be on her way.
So it was that her blue eyes looked back to the filly, anxiously, hoping she would hurry up with the words that she was threatening to withhold. As it was, the mare couldn’t imagine what it was the filly thought was so imperative to tell her. How could the little one know anything that would be so important to Kahlua?
OOC| Sorry so short, just want to get this thread finished up ASAP so Kahlua doesn’t have to be in the shadowlands too much.
