Continuous wandering across Helovian lands had led the ivory stallion to thinking he longed to have a gentle companion. Wishing that it would follow him wherever he ventured off to. He was happy in the Foothills, but it would be nice to have a partner he could call as his own. Pale blue light glowed into the dreary atmosphere as the rays of the setting sun reflected onto his snowy pelt. Dark clouds overhead blocked most of the sky except the bleeding west, full of vibrant colors. This place almost managed to depress the laid back man, glancing at all the dreary gray and black. Flowers were delicately held in his mouth, as an offering for the god he was searching for.
The darkness didn't scare him, but it had managed to make the warrior male unsafe and confined in an onyx box. He knew very well that this was the place where the shrines of the might gods lay. The Earth god watched over the Foothills, so he thought. It was also the Earth god that bestowed blessings to horses to acquire powers dealing with nature. Noticing a narrow path with illuminated rocks, Arrane decided that this most likely would lead him to what he was pursuing.
Watching his step carefully, the powerful stallion hoped to not clumsily trip on uprooted rocks and fall. Steady orbs gazed ahead as he finally made it to his destination: The Shrine of the Earth god. Sitting on a ledge near the volcano, the pillars were decorated by ebony veins and pulsating, blue flowers. "Hello?" A suspicious voice floated through the air, as the lad entered with his head bowed as a sign of respect. "God of Earth, will a due respect, I seek your presence", it was a moment he had been waiting for. Placing the flowers he gently held in his maw, he craned his neck downwards and placed the bright array of plants in a neat pile.
Standing back up quietly, he only awaited quietly, wondering if the might god that watched over his prospering herd would appear.
