The reality of the situation came crashing down upon Andash like an avalanche. What did he feel? Elation? Disbelief? He certainly felt both of them, he for one could not believe that Xira of all creatures would do this for him. Or for anyone, for that matter. On the outside from the moment he had met her she had held a cold front, a barrier between any other creature and herself - the real her. It was only now that the alabaster sir was beginning to realise that perhaps he had been mistaken and it was just a show. He could not get through his mind exactly what it was, and what intentions she had planned in her crown. The petite roan had caught his eye the moment he laid pools on her, and now he thought that he had found a true friend, and hopefully more.

With a small hesitation and mumbling to himself incomprehensible words, he replied to the earthen God, his voice quiet bearing tones of respect, disbelief and warmth,
"More than you could imagine, great sir." His pools filled with sincerity, he turned to Xira and reached out his good bleached wing to touch her back softly, "You did this all for me?"

Still gripped with total confusion and disbelief for the situation he now found himself in, he sighed and smiled with his soft leaden velveteens. No one had ever done such a grand thing for him. And he knew that someday he would pay Xira back. The mossy roan deserved everything for giving him the chance to be whole again. But he soon came to terms with the fact that perhaps what would make him truly whole would be his friend that stood beside him - Xira herself.
