The new colt new he shouldn't be this far away from his mother, but there was something drawing him this way. Something seemed to be screaming the hybrid colt's name. He knew mother would be beyond angry at him fro running off while she slept, but the voice was irresistible. The pale yellow and teal colt trampled on, long legs still slightly unstable, since he was only a few days old. This place was strange, very weird indeed, the ground was very soft, and slippery under his thin pointed hooves. In the colt's excitement he spread his little wings wide, even though the silver and teal appendages were only two feet from tip to tip. The trees were gone making it easier for the horned and winged foal to buck and kick as he ran towards the voice in his head. Since he was so young, the sound of the voice calling his name didn't bother him at all. He had already been taught to come when his name was being called, so why not follow this voice? He squealed in delight as he pushed his small body forward. A strange whooshing noise, almost drew him up short. Not to far from him there was a the largest amount of water he had ever seen. He squealed again and was about to gallop towards the water, when the voice force in his head screamed it's loudest yet. Wheeling about his eyes fell on a mess of wood and kelp not to far from him. Bright silver eyes land on a few others around, before he takes off. All playfulness was gone replaced by a very serious and desperate urge to get to the tiny blue green speck placed on top of the pile. He HAD to reach it he HAD to beat everyone else. He was off, sand flying behind his his short black and white tipped tail flying behind him as he tore across the ground. This was going to be his, it was his prize to take back to Mamma.
