It had been a few days since the race, and the hatching of his Cerndyr. Anna wearily was keeping up behind him. She was barely above his hoof it seemed, and he would always massively tower over her. The white spots that speckled her back began to darken, no doubt he thought, to be a sign of her elemental choice. Occasionally he would see a black, dark mist rise in puffs but slowly die away. She would always wail a little, something that reminded him of a laugh.
They began exploring again, or so Biru did. Anna seemed to not mind, though her tiny growing body could not keep up with his larger one. She tried her best with gangly legs to bound after him, as the duo approached a large, flowery looking rotunda. They stepped inside the majestic structure. Large, flowing drapes billowed out in the wind, before winding themselves back around the rock towers. Anna's gangly body slipped over the smooth surface, before curling up in a small fawn ball near Biru's feet. He laughed low and deep, reaching his muzzle down to touch the small babe. "Anna you mustn't wander so close to large feet." She opened one yellow eye, looked at him, and stuck out her tongue before curling back into a ball. Quickly she began to snooze, like a little toddler. Biru looked around, noticing a figure not far from him. It smelled of horse, and something reptilian. He nickered slowly, allowing the figure to know he was within the walls of the rotunda. He couldn't specifically see who it was, only a shadow behind the curtains. Anna gently stirred before moving right underneath Biru's stomach, comforted by her companions large, hulking mass of flesh. @[Adele] hope it's alright timeline-wise, I waited until Anna hatched to post here! <3 So Vera and her could maybe meet. | ||||||
