 The silver and white unicorn notes the advice Lena gives to ask D’Art about poisons and such. She remembers the stallion fairly well; perhaps he would remember her as well. The raven swoops off of her scarred shoulders and onto a branch ahead of the mares’ path. Tangere’s chocolate eyes follow the bay, taking steps forward when necessary and moving along beside her, observing what is being taught. Her face tilts at the foliage and its description, soon after she looks to the sun and his path and back to the plant. It appears half-light, on a woodline is where it likes to grow? She scratches the earth beneath her with a chipped, narrow hoof. Rooty, compact soil with moss growing over it. She looked back to Lena as she spoke on, taking in each bit of fact that poured gently from the unicorn’s mouth. As they passed the plant, moving on to the next, she touches it lightly as she goes by. The wrinkled tip of her pink and gray nostril touches the jagged edged draping leaves and joined clusters of white blooms, making them sway in her absence. She holds hope for the young tree to thrive, perhaps even after harvest; it was a thought she would save for later. She jogs to catch up to Lena quickly, keeping her eyes peeled for the next lesson. “This is wonderful Lena, thank you.” She dips her small skull gracefully, nodding with the utmost delicacy. She lets the thought of the willow’s identity smolder and settle amongst the smoke of her thoughts and already learned things. It fits in quite well with the other saplings she’s met and catalogued away in her memories. The lighting is perfect on the pair as they walk along the crest of vegetation and forest edges.
