i won't be saved

the god of sun merely nods at me with acknowledgement. at least he noticed i was here and did not pass me off. sameira sits and watches him, eyes burning with flames that were hungry for something to consume. her dark body flickered with white hot embers that danced along her body with each movement. the sun god addressed the last to gather and then turns to us all, looking out over us.

he explains what we need to do, what must be done to pass this task. he mentions mirages and i cock my head. a mirage is but a mere illusion though, not something that one can touch or hold, and certainly not something that one can gather and water flowers with. i raise a brow, confusion painted across my features as i look out along the fields as he grins, showing us the mirages that waver in the heat. i look at sameira and she just looks at me, one ear up and the other down.

i turn away and look out at the mirage, and then down at the flowers. it's hot. samiera points out, and i roll my eyes. i got that, but clearly she still had to point it out. standing and staring out along the expanse i swear i hear mama whispering to me, "you're not alone. you must be clever to solve this puzzle. if you cannot carry the mirage to the flowers, then try to manipulate it." the voice in my head tells me, speaks to me and i nod. following mama's instructions i look at sameira who just tilts her head off to the side.

turning back to the mirage i plan it out, listening to what mama has to say. "use what was given to you—" i glance back at sameira, merely watching her sit upon the ground and wrap her tail around her legs, waiting for me to say something. i look at her for a few more moments before finally telling her to do something. "no, no." mama's delicate words chime, warming my body as i close my eyes and open them. i shift my weight and realize the mirages have flickered slightly as a result. perking my ears i begin to back up slowly, cautiously eyeing the golden flowers. sameira follows with her head hung low, questioning what exactly i had planned. i bring my head lower hoping that what i have done brings the mirage to the flowers, and is clever enough for the sun god. eagerly waiting for something, i move my legs and tense my body, hoping that this was clever enough. "good, good." mama's sweet voice coos, praising my work. smiling i await the sun god's response.

[she simply backs away from the plants, trying to place one of the mirages on top of the flowers trying to use the fact that its an optical illusion to her advantage. as she does, seeing as how mirages move when the person viewing them moves. hope this is ok!
— still trying to get Light x Dark│Can ' possess ' another's mind/body, using them almost like a puppet. However, any damage sustained by the possessed horse will appear as small black scars on her own body that will slowly fade. When talking, she will not sound like the possessed horse, instead she will sound as herself. (Her own body will stand motionless, and her eyes will turn a light silver, making her appear blind.)
