It was interesting to see everyone's different ideas towards the solution of the Sun God's quest. Everyone seemed to be doing quite different things, there were a few that seemed to fall short and it was obvious by the expression that crossed the flaming god's features that he wasn't impressed by what they were doing, sadly I hadn't been paying much attention to him when I had been focusing on the movement of the mirages so the look on his face had been lost to me forever. Not too long had I been standing there when the flaming stallion's wings flashed out to the side beckoning the hoard of creatures back to their semi-circle around his firey flowers. I danced away from the multicolored mare, expecting her to not be too pleased with my actions, I had not meant to imitate the beautifully colored creature but that was how it worked out. Once we had all gathered, and I felt I was safe around the individuals I had huddled alongside the god's voice boomed into the humid Tallsun air. The stallion's words caused my ivory pupiled eyes to widen with surprise as I gazed at him in awe. For one he had called me beautiful once more, something that I didn't think I would ever grow used to, compliments were something foreign to me. But the rest of it threw me way off of my train of thought, leaving the Edge, leaving Papa Ruske and Momma Eva who had so graciously accepted me into their lives when noonelse wanted me, it was such a hard decision. But what if this was my only chance to get my heart fixed in this lifetime? That was a chance I wasn't willing to pass up, I wanted to be able to play tag properly and learn how to fly without worrying that the change in air pressure would ground me forever. Long ivory lashes batted against my cheekbones as my mind was made up, I knew I technically didn't have to speak to the flaming stallion to tell him what my decision had been. But it felt award to not speak to the wonderful creature who had offered to heal me...even if it was a hefty price. A light smile spread across my features as I bowed to the handsome god and my golden kissers began to part ever so slightly. "I will do your bidding and leave the Edge...I just have to return to inform my adoptive parents that I will be leaving." As my skull returned to it's normal resting position a bigger smile spread across my features and my vocal chords vibrated once more. "Thank you sir!!" My childish voice was pitched even higher with excitement at the thought of finally getting to be a normal child for the first time in my short life.
