in which we watch the Charksashark fall and rise to glory
Day One (07/15) :: Jog, 100 jumping jacks, 20 reps of weights. I can do a grand total of 4 push-ups. Obligatory day one pic.
Day Two (07/16) :: 100 jumping jacks, 2 sets of 20 reps: crunches, squats, pushups, weights. Will go for a run later.
Day Three (07/17) :: Jumping jacks and ran stairs. I'll be out for almost a week and unable to update, but I promise I'll exercise every day and post what I did as soon as I get back ;D
Day Four (07/18) :: Lugged stuff from the car to the campsite (1/4 mile, five or six times) and did some jumping jacks. 8 hours of driving leaves you beat.
Day Five (07/19) :: Jumping jacks, pushups, bicycle crunches and squats. Not a ton because I was exhausted, but enough.
Day Six (07/20) :: Wedding day! Does dancing count? I danced!
Day Seven (07/21) :: Walked around Napa and did a sad number of jumping jacks. So. Much. Driving.
Day Eight (07/22) :: Drove 6 hours first thing in the morning, which was an exercise in something. Did some walking around town, but we're home now so I can get my ass back in gear.
Day Nine (07/23) :: 3-4 mile hike, 100 jumping jacks, 20 pushups, squats, crunches. 20 reps of weights.
Day Ten (07/24) :: Grueling, 5.4 mile mountain hike. Quite a bit of mountainyness. Good times.
Day Eleven (07/25) :: Started a new workout regimen! IT'S EXHAUSTING. 3 sets 10 reps each of squats, lunges, plank jacks, plank jump ins, and plank leg raises.
Day Twelve (07/26) :: Day 2 of 90 day regimen: cardio!
Day Thirteen (07/27) :: Day 3 of 90 day regimen: abs & weights. Turns out, I CANNOT DO CRUNCHES. A little bit of stats, I currently weigh 104 lbs and can do 20 pushups sequentially. Just so I can reference back to it.
