Day 2: 10 crunches, 5 push ups, and a bit of yoga
Day 3 - 50 crunches, 6 push ups, 2 15 second intervals of wall sits, Russian twists
Day 4: walk
Day 5: 30 crunches
Day 6: 1 mile walk
Day 7: 50 crunches, 30 second plank, 15 second side plank, 9 push ups
Day 8: 100 crunches, 30 second plank, 20 second side plank on each side, leglifts for 3 minutes
Day 9: 8 push ups, 50 crunches, 50 leglifts, 30 second superman x2, 15 second plank, 15 second side-plank x2
Day 10: 1/3 of a mile of intervals, 50 crunches, 10 push ups

Day 12: I let my body rest for a day after the intense run/walk to ensure I didn't get any injuries
Day 13: 100 crunches, 10 push-ups, 30 second superman x2, 15 second plank x2, 30 second plank
Day 14: 100 crunches, 9 push ups, 60 second superman x2, 30 second plank x2
Day 15: 2 mile run/walk, 10 push ups, 30 second plank x2, 60

Day 16: Split wood, 8 push ups, 25 sit ups, 75 crunches, 60 second superman, 30 second plank.
Day 17: 15 sit ups
Day 18: Walked around the mall with my best friend
Day 19: 30 sit ups, 50 crunches, 60 second superman
Day 20: 15 sit ups (Selkie was lazy)
Day 21: Selkie had friends over so she failed
Day 22: Ren faire which meant lots and lots and lots of walking. we walked for six hours to be exact
Day 23: Selkie failed this day
Day 24: Selkie walked with the Astro
Day 25: 50 sit ups, 30 second plank x2
Day 26-35 - misc exercise I don't remember
Day 36: 50 sit ups, 45 second plank, 35 second superman
Day 37: Walk with the dog 1 mile at most. 25 sit ups sequentially, 45 second plank, 60 second superman
Day 38: 15 minute walk/run, 25 sit ups sequentially, 40 knee to elbows, 20 squats, 20 climbers.
