The goats have taken their initial transformation with a grain of salt, and so the turtle decides to reward them with a different grainy, white substance. From above, as the goats hop and scramble and try to gain footing, a powder starts to float down from the sky. At first it is subtle, but then grows to a steady stream that might not block vision but that will become an obstacle in its own right. However, it is not snow, as many of the goats might have thought initially. If any are to stick their tongue out or to lick their nose, they will find that the powder that rains down is actually... SUGAR!
