Descaro listened as Mauja spoke to the conscript band he was now fully part of. He admitted it was good to finally know others of the herd other than d'Artagnan, and there was a King who was so interactive with every member. He sure does inspire loyalty the mahogany steed inwardly commented on the frosted King. Descaro smiled faintly at Mauja's little pet Monster and silently thanked the dear fellow for picking the Worlds Edge. Even if the strange obsidian steed lacked dearly in intelligence, he looked as if he'd be a terror on the battlefield. Turning his head, Descaro cleared his throat and spoke for the first time to those around him. It had been a while since he'd really spoken with strangers or even his kin. After the Sect war and the loss of Nyra, Descaro hadn't really felt up to joining in with a new herd. Although now he felt inspired. "Our duties seem clear to me and I don't intend on dying anytime soon" his voice was eager as he answered Mauja's unspoken statement. There was no way this bulky stallion was going to disgrace the pure unicorn name. |
