The orb hovered gently above the group, as the winning feather, and its corresponding winner were revealed. Even so, you didn't think it would be decided that simply, did you? Rei and Africa have been given an extra roll for this drop, for posting the most. Rhea has been given an extra roll for this drop for having the winning feather. Sheba has been given an extra roll for this drop for cheating. "This one cheated." The orb whispered, hanging innocently above Sheba. "But I liked that she did." Disembodied laughter rained down from the orb, as it gently floated towards Rhea. "You may have had the shortest feather, but life isn't always fair." It offered, drifting further toward Kahlua. "This one knows all about that, don't you? Given a life to care for by the golden winged mouse? What're you going to do when it no longer stays confined inside of its prison? When it crawls out of your basket demanding attention?" The idea of Kahlua's pain seemed to amuse the orb. "It's dangerous to go alone. Here, take this." At the final word, the orb shattered and rained down upon the group causing tiny sparks of electricity to bounce from their coats where it struck. For a moment, Kahlua was encased in a bluey-glowing light, as if her body was radiating from the inside. After a few seconds the light faded. List, and roll. |
