Ilios was sought!
(Per our alliance, he shall not be stolen, even if the stealth passes.)

// Name ref:: Ilios is another name for Troy, of ancient mythology, written about by Homer. The sacking of Troy, Homer's Illiad...

-1 | Ilios is not Troy, even if his name is another word for it. So this to me, sounded like a history reference for some sort of tragic life event. Also, the phrasing was confusing with the ancients write forever instead of "the ancients wrote about..." with the tenses. Also, even if you were to look at history, there are many, many, many tragic instances, even in ancient history. There was nothing tying specifically Troy to Ilios

-1 | Misleading. The clue is far too vague. Why would I think of the ancient greeks? And specifically Homer's period as being 'ancient'? There are many who wrote about tragedies prior to this, and many after. There's nothing here to suggest that I ought to have been thinking about this period, or this writer. The reason I took off one point, is that even without the ambiguity of what the clue was meant to hint at, the "tragic demise" suggests something about Ilios himself. But our Ilios hasn't had any sort of tragic demise. There's nothing on his profile that could even remotely be connected here. A clue that might have worked would have been something like, "Homer wrote that your namesake fell" or something like that.

-1| [Name ref] nothing about this points me to his name, and 'tragic demise' suggests he has died, or at least perhaps fallen from great graces/rank, which isn't the case, and what is overall made it a bit misleading. The only buzz word i really got from this was "the ancients" which revealed nothing to me about Ilios when I googled it, so on its own just suggests ancestors or possibly Helovia's gods which are sometimes referred to as Helvoia's ancients.
2/3 necessary to pass
You had some great, clear clues this time, it was just that last one was suddenly very vague and nonsensical. I definitely feel like you're improving though :)
