Etaine is a land located to the northwest of Helovia. The land itself is surrounded by a thick forest of trees that the elders believe were put in place by the gods to protect the herd from the evils of the outside world. The evils of witches.

The herd is a mixture of equines and unicorns who live together in strained peace, for unicorns are innately magical and the equines make up the society of Witch Hunters. Magic is something undesired by the herd and those possessing magic and their families are hunted down and killed before they can bring the wrath of the gods down upon the entire herd.
