Elsa My head's underwater, but i'm breathing fine. Elsa had been feeling more than lonely lately. Everyone was just so busy... and there she was with nothing more than meaningless task for her job. Not to mention it seems as if it had been ages since she even sparred. Everything was just so bleh.
Edgar wriggled between her polls, the poor hatchling was growing and all he seemed to do was sleep. His talons wrapped firmly in her mane, the white fluff ball only moved occasionally. Elsa's ears flickered as she heard the sound of a splash. A brooke ran nearby, now thawed from Frostfall's vicious clutch. Birds chirped happily, and Elsa almost turned and went home out of annoyance. How could everyone seem so happy and full of life when she felt like a never-ending void on the inside? Right now would usually be the time when the fluff would speak up and put in his two cents, but he went on sleeping. This whole social problem could only be remedied by Elsa herself. So.. taking the path towards the sound, she decided it would be best to at least talk to someone. Maybe, if her luck would finally return, they would even want to follow her home to the Falls. The Gods know that that place was in need of a little pick-me-up lately, since everything was changing so fast. As she moved down the stream, she came upon a white, crystal unicorn situated nearby. She was lying by the steam, and Elsa winced. Was she a Basin unicorn? Sniffing the air a little, she decided it did not smell of cold, desolate hatred, and cleared her throat to try to gain the mare's attention. "Excuse me miss, but I would not suggest lying like that without a friend. Helovia isn't the nicest of places." She said sheepishly. In a knee-jerk reaction she pinned her wings to the side, trying not to think of the days past. This was the future, and her eye was gone, there was nothing she could do about that. "Oh, and I'm Elsa, Mason of the Hidden Falls. Are you new around here?" She added softly. The last thing she wanted to do was scare her back the way she came. @[Fable]

Elsa My head's underwater, but i'm breathing fine. At first the pale unicorn didn't speak at all, all she did was look. Her eyes were just as blue as her own, however they lacked the emotion. Elsa watched back, never waving from her gaze until she turned away. This was already turning out to be one peculiar little unicorn. It was a while before she spoke again, when her eyes turned away it was filled with a silence. Elsa was ready to speak and leave, when the mare spoke. Her words made Elsa grin a little at the newcomer, this was a naive thought that everyone seemed to have. Then they lose an eye and others with random children. "Suit yourself." Elsa said with a shrug, and a slightly sarcastic smile covering her face. It wasn't out of malice, but more of her letting this newcomer make her own decision. It wasn't in Elsa's place to tell others what they can and cannot do. Look at how well that worked out with Ampere, the girl won every single newcomer with her sexual words and grandiose entrances. It pissed Elsa off that it seemed that she could get away with selling her body, and Elsa told her that multiple times. After losing a number of recruits, she finally learned that she could only control herself, and not the others around her. The mare spoke again, but her words were rather dead. This piqued Elsa's interest, why was this mare here then? Did she not want to try to make any connections? Nonetheless a question was asked and she would answer it regardless if she wanted to hear it now or not. "Helovia is the land you have wandered into. A land of demons, gods, and mortals." Elsa said with faux mysticism, Helovia was exactly that, but saying it just made Helovia seem so... fairytale-like. "The Hidden Falls the herd I reside in. Its like a drug being here in Helovia, once you come in, you can never leave." She finished, sliding up against a tree to support her weight and to wait for this unusual, and still stranger mare to speak again. @[Fable]

Elsa My head's underwater, but i'm breathing fine. Elsa was more than accustomed to loneliness. She experienced it on all levels, whether regarding the ability to be happy with herself, or the ability to be happy in the company of others. It was an inner struggle that raged on even to this day, but it was certainly under a little more control. Now she was able the channel that loneliness into something reminiscent of work. Like now, even if she felt lonely at least she could be somewhat productive because her loneliness forced her to be. It was kind of a bittersweet relationship between loneliness in work. Without loneliness, Elsa would be content to not work. However, with loneliness, Elsa has to work. It was a weird way of thinking, but effective. Her words seemed to pique something within the mare, and she at least asked a question instead of stating her authority. Elsa flicked her tail lazily, much more relaxed and outspoken than when she had arrived. The strangers confidence in herself made it a little easier for Elsa to explain things to the point. There was no dancing around petty conversation and introductions, only questions and answers. "I'll answer, but I would prefer not to remain in the dark of who you are." Elsa said pointedly. If she was going to explain her life, even in the most shallow sense, she at least deserved a name. "A herd is the only way to survive, unless you prefer running around by yourself as an outcast. Don't expect any help though, unless you feel like being a diplomat and talking politics with the herd leaders." She said nonchalantly. It came off as if Elsa didn't like her leaders, but in fact, she did. Elsa looked on Ghost and Midas with the upmost respect. They had shown her nothing but kindness, and Elsa couldn't detest them for that. Then, the mare asked a question that made her laugh. She asked if anyone was keeping her here. So with a little chuckle, she began. "Sure, but with the rash of murders that have been occurring, you may not even make it past the boarder." She said with a grin, and said nothing more. The rash of murders lately have set her on edge, which is why she was wary to travel alone. Although striking fear into newcomers was something that satiated the little side of insanity in her. "So if i've sufficiently confused you, basically you have three options as of now. Well, four, but, that requires work. You can follow me home, leave here, be an outcast, or go explore the other herds. Three more to be exact, I would suggest making a choice shortly." She said, her face falling into a poker-face facade. The choice was hers, of course the Falls were in need of some newcomers, but she couldn't forcibly bring anyone back. @[Fable]

Elsa My head's underwater, but i'm breathing fine. With her name finally in light, she let it roll around in her head. Fable.. such a word was used to describe faux stories of heroic deeds back at her homeland. Why would someone be dubbed such a name? Was she in all essence... fake? What intrigued her most, however, was the literal poker-face reaction to her mentioning murders. There was not a tinge of fear, sadness, or anger. That right there was odd, even Elsa had been afraid when she had first heard the news that a rash of murders were being committed. Then again, Fable could be the murderer for all she knew, although she lacked any basis for that. Yet not even a response came from the mention, she simply just listened to her next offers, and decided then to chime in once more. She picked her path to be an outcast, and Elsa grinned. It was a grin of amusement and also blatant inner-loathing. No matter who she came across, she could not seem to convince them to follow her home. Maybe she just wasn't amusing to talk to, but it still bugged her that her last couple of attempts were utter failures. This one, however, seemed to be an outcast by heart, and to that, Elsa was amused. Fable would need help eventually right? There is always some time to swindle her to return when she is in a time of need. So as Fable turned to leave Elsa spoke to her one last thing, "Well, you know where to find me should you ever need help, Fable." She tacked the name on at the end to try to rile her up a little, as she seemed the type that didn't liked to be addressed by name when it wasn't needed. Elsa, however, was not about to stick around and be an escort. Turning, and cantering a few steps, she spread her wings and rose above the trees again. From up here, she felt freed from the chains of the threshold. At least another could be freed from the chains of that purgatory also. [@[Fable] I figured I should post anyways to wrap it up ^^ I <3 fable btw, love her personality. xD]
