So maybe she hasn't been exactly the best when it comes to keeping up with the one who actually appreciates her, but at least she tried right? That whole thing with the flies flying around her and actually enabling her to see everything was not something she was about to reveal to him. He already worried about her too much, in her opinion anyways. There was no need to worry him more by having disgusting bugs flying out of every open part of her body, and magically being able to see again. Edgar helped her get through in secret, and the bird promised to keep it under wraps. Neither of them wanted to go through that again, and hey, it went away on its own after a while! She can only imagine what the others who ate went through.

However, the past was in the past, she had to let it go. So thus began teaching Edgar how to actually fly, considering the bid could do nothing more than flail about like a bird brain to reach a branch. So, a bird must be put out of the nest eventually. The two moved to the edge of the falls, there were enough drop offs near the boarder to chuck him off and make him fly. When her feet were a few feet from the edge, she could feel his grip tighten on her poll. She narrowed her eyes, he was going off this edge one way or another. Taking off, she pushed off the edge, soaring above the ridge before barrel rolling in the air. Edgar, losing his grip, squawked and fell. His now somewhat formed wings flailed in a free-fall for a few moments, before he catches the air and glides. Elsa smiles a little too smug, and the birds anger permeates into her mind. He is seething mad, and flies off without her. She shrugs and laughs 'Fine, be a baby.' Edgar the little bitter bird flies off into the night.

She however, isn't exactly getting a break. A voice suddenly cuts into her flight, and rather harshly. Its the nickname she has so "lovingly" been given, and its the voice of the one who dubbed her it. It's not a nice call either, its more like a scream thats coming from the ground. She angles her wings backwards a little, catching the wind to aim at the faint but familiar figure below her. In a few swoops she's hitting the ground with a little more force than necessary. Her landing is turbulent, and she stumbles a few steps forward in front of him. Hopefully he's stopped moving in the forward direction or she might just end up on the ground.

After flailing for footing, she finally ends up upright, and looking like a hot mess. Scrunching her nose she turns around, trying to force her breathing to calm down. Yet, with the almost falling head first into the ground in combination with flying, she's a little more than breathless. Blinking a few times, she almost expects him to say something, but instead decides to talk for herself. "Well..." She pauses for a breath before continuing. "Now that i've almost broken my neck.." She pauses again, making sure that he's actually okay, considering he's probably the one she should be worrying about. Her health at this point wasn't an issue, broken limbs are a side effect of flying. "At least you're in one piece." She says quietly, finally calming down a little bit. He however, did sound like he was in the middle of being ripped to shreds. "You sounded like you were dying." She adds, pointedly looking him up and down as if to say he looked nearly the same as the last time she had seen him. Besides the normal "malnourished-ness" he had about him, he looked like regular Oxy. Then again, she had no idea what went on in that head of his.
